By working closely with you and your contractor every step of the way, we will not only ensure that all drawings are updated as needed to accommodate for any construction change orders or permit requirements but also that the landscape design is built exactly how it was originally envisioned.

Project Management

Our project management services come with assistance in gathering local landscaper bids from our pro network for the proposed landscape design to ensure fair, competitive, and timely estimates. Once a contractor has been selected for the project, our team will assist in purchasing jobsite materials (we get special discount pricing, as well as provide onsite daily/weekly assistance to ensure the design is being built to the original specifications. While working onsite, our team can quickly spot and make any change orders required to the design plans, and educate you and/or your contractor throughout the install to ensure proper precautions are taken and that the yard is installed correctly.
