I have a new home which was originally landscaped by another company. The prior company did not perform quality work and was very unprofessional. I used Yelp to find a reputable company to correct our issues. We had draining issues on our lot and grass seeding that never germinated. Taylor and crew analyzed land slopes and added river rock, extended our retaining wall and seeded over the leach field. The work that was performed was outstanding and timely. My wife and I moved into a new build in June of 2019. We needed to get some landscaping done quickly (so the new grass would take before it gets too hot) and Taylor (owner) was very quick with contacting us to get us a design and quote.

Once we decided to go with Patterson Landscapes, Taylor was able to schedule us a time to get it done very quickly (just over a week), but that may not always be the case as they are becoming more popular.

Taylor and his crew worked tirelessly with us on getting the backyard we dreamed of, without bursting our budget, and very quickly.

The crew installed a beautiful stamped concrete (and stained) walkway and sitting area (which is now where we have a firepit). A large area of sod, 2 mulch beds with 4 trees and multiple shrubs and flowers, blue river rock around the whole property, and a dog run with turf (so the dogs don’t mess up their great work).

I would HIGHLY recommend Patterson Landscapes to anyone who needs some work done. My neighbor in fact, used Taylor and crew after seeing my yard and requesting a design and quote.

To steal a quote “If you build it, he (they) will come” Taylor and his crew certainly built it this summer. Taking our “native” area, if dirt mixed with different types of grasses and weeds is native, and created this huge sports court.  In the short time the team completed it we have had more people come by and tells us how beautiful the new area is and also played a lot of Pickleball and Basketball.

Was it a flawless process, no, but Taylor and his team work with you to make adjustments as necessary. If you see a problem, they will respond. Taylor also was more than willing to listen to our feedback and how we thought future endeavors could improve. I think the final product says it all.

Patterson Landscapes operates differently than other landscapers.  The quote you receive will may be higher than some of the competitors but then Patterson Landscapes goes above and beyond to provide you with everything you wanted plus some nice bonus features that really make the end product amazing.  This company is fairly new but the crews that work have extensive backgrounds in both commercial and residential landscaping.  The more challenging your project, the more excited they are to work on it.

Taylor is very personable and has fantastic energy and ideas to help you with your design and ensure the product meets every requirement until you are 100% satisfied.  Patterson Landscapes returned following our first winter to ensure everything was still looking and performing well.  They brought in extra rock and mulch to cover areas of settling.  I appreciated how they consider the job not done until both you and the company are satisfied with how it looks.

We went to Patterson Landscapes and Taylor with a specific idea and they helped develop that idea with us, walking us through the best options even if that meant less money for them. Taylor is someone who wants to make sure you get what you want at the best possible price. The way he listens and is available for questions demonstrates that.
